5. Digital products, completed top-ups, and delivered voucher codes are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
6. Voucher and gift card customers must check the correct country or region before purchasing.
7. Customers must not submit fake payment screenshots, unauthorized transactions, or fraudulent orders.

9. TopivoTopup reserves the right to cancel or hold suspicious orders for additional verification.
